Return and Refund Policy

By purchasing The Pan Pantry: You agree to the henceforth Return and Refund Policy (this “Policy”).

  • Terms of return: Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
  • State of return: Returns must be damage free (if the product is received damaged or with pieces missing, you must contact the seller within 7 days to begin the refund or product replacement process).
  • Reason for return: Reasons not allowed for returns are: product does not fit within cabinetry (size information is available below), product color does not match cabinetry, shelf slot placement does not allow fitting of bakeware.

  • Process of refund: Refunds received because of damage to unit upon receipt will be processed within 2 business days. Any other refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the return product shipping confirmation. Units must be received with 14 days of the return request being granted to receive the full refund.
